Last updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of https://appliancesuae.com/ and transactions arranged with Appliances UAE.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry or confirming a transaction, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

  • Purchase of appliances and equipment from customers

  • Short-term and long-term appliance rental

  • Delivery and collection

  • Appliance installation

  • Inspection and repair

  • Appliance and junk removal

  • Moving and packing support

  • Other related services agreed in writing

Product, rental and service availability may vary according to stock, product type and UAE location.

3. Website Information

The website provides general information about our products and services.

Product listings are normally invitations to enquire and do not guarantee that a particular product is available.

Our pre-owned stock changes regularly. A product is not reserved or sold until the transaction has been confirmed according to the written arrangement with the customer.

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate. However, photographs, colours, dimensions, specifications, product condition and availability should be confirmed before purchase.

Obvious typographical, pricing or technical errors may be corrected before a transaction is confirmed.

4. Order Confirmation

Customers may contact us through the website, telephone, WhatsApp or email.

An enquiry or quotation does not by itself create a binding sale or rental.

A transaction is confirmed when:

  • The product or service has been identified

  • The price and applicable charges have been agreed

  • The product condition and relevant terms have been communicated

  • Appliances UAE provides written confirmation, an invoice or another transaction record

  • Any required payment or deposit has been received

The final invoice, order confirmation, rental agreement or service quotation forms part of the contract.

5. Used Product Condition

Most products supplied by Appliances UAE are pre-owned and may show cosmetic signs of previous use.

We will take reasonable steps to describe the condition accurately and disclose known material defects.

The condition of a used product and any accepted “as-is” matter should be recorded on the invoice or another transaction document.

Customers must consider whether the product’s:

  • Dimensions are suitable

  • Model and capacity meet their requirements

  • Voltage and connections are compatible

  • Installation space and ventilation are appropriate

  • Building access is sufficient

  • Cosmetic condition is acceptable

An accepted disclosed condition does not remove mandatory rights concerning undisclosed defects, safety problems or inaccurate descriptions.

6. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise confirmed:

  • Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams

  • VAT will be treated as required by applicable law

  • Delivery, installation, collection, removal and access-related charges are included only when expressly confirmed

  • A quotation is valid for the period stated in the quotation

  • Available payment methods will be communicated before confirmation

Customers should not send card PINs, banking passwords or other financial-security information through WhatsApp, email or website forms.

7. Invoices

Customers will receive an invoice or transaction record containing the information required for the relevant transaction.

For a used product, the document should identify its condition and include the applicable warranty or service commitment.

Serial numbers will be included where appropriate and available.

Customers should keep their invoices for warranty, service, return or complaint purposes.

8. Delivery and Access

The customer must provide accurate information about:

  • Delivery address and location

  • Building, community or security restrictions

  • Lift, staircase and doorway measurements

  • Parking and loading access

  • Floor number

  • Required permits

  • Suitable delivery times

  • Removal of an existing appliance, if agreed

Additional work or charges caused by incorrect information, restricted access or a failed delivery will apply only where communicated and agreed or otherwise permitted by law.

Estimated delivery times may change because of traffic, access restrictions, weather, authority requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will communicate significant changes where reasonably possible.

9. Installation

Installation is included only where expressly confirmed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property has safe and compatible:

  • Electrical outlets and voltage

  • Water supply and drainage

  • Gas connections

  • Ventilation

  • Cabinet openings and clearances

  • Building permissions

Appliances UAE may refuse or stop an installation where conditions appear unsafe or unsuitable.

Work outside the agreed installation scope requires a separate quotation or written confirmation.

10. Ownership and Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Ownership of a purchased product passes after full payment

  • Responsibility for the product passes when it is delivered to or collected by the customer

This does not exclude responsibility for damage caused by Appliances UAE during an agreed delivery or installation, or any responsibility imposed by law.

Rental products remain the property of their owner throughout the rental period.

11. Warranties and After-Sales Support

The applicable warranty or service commitment will be stated on the invoice, warranty document or written confirmation.

Any warranty conditions and exclusions must be read together with the customer’s mandatory legal rights.

A manufacturer’s warranty is included only where it is expressly confirmed.

Brand names and logos shown on our website identify products we may handle and do not, by themselves, indicate manufacturer authorisation, sponsorship or affiliation.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, repairs, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy, the applicable transaction documents and UAE law.

Customers should report problems promptly and provide Appliances UAE with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product.

13. Rentals

Every rental is subject to a written rental confirmation or separate rental agreement covering matters such as:

  • Rental period

  • Rental charges

  • Deposit, where applicable

  • Delivery and collection

  • Permitted use

  • Maintenance and repairs

  • Extension or early termination

  • Late return

  • Loss and customer-caused damage

The customer must use rented equipment responsibly.

Rented products must not be sold, transferred, modified, relocated or repaired without written permission.

If a rental agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the rental agreement will apply to that rental, subject to mandatory law.

14. Selling a Product to Appliances UAE

A customer offering an appliance or another item to Appliances UAE confirms that:

  • They own the item or have authority to sell it

  • The item is not stolen

  • It is not subject to finance, security or third-party ownership

  • The description and condition information supplied is accurate

  • Known defects have been disclosed

  • Images supplied genuinely show the item being offered

An initial estimate based on photographs or messages may change following physical inspection.

Appliances UAE may decline to purchase or collect an item if its identity, ownership, safety, condition or description differs from the information provided.

The final purchase price and collection arrangement must be confirmed in writing.

15. Repairs and Other Services

A repair or service quotation may be based on the visible problem and information available before work begins.

Additional defects may become apparent during diagnosis or repair.

Where additional work or cost is required, we will seek the customer’s approval before proceeding, unless immediate action is reasonably required to prevent danger or further damage.

Customers must disclose known safety concerns and provide safe access to the product or premises.

The applicable service warranty, where provided, will be stated on the service invoice or written confirmation.

Mandatory rights concerning defective services remain unaffected.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate contact, product and address information

  • Review the product description and agreed terms before confirmation

  • Make payments when due

  • Follow operating and safety instructions

  • Use products only for their intended purpose

  • Treat our staff, contractors and property respectfully

  • Notify Appliances UAE promptly of an order, delivery, safety or service problem

Website content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written permission.

Third-party brand names, product images and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to maps, messaging applications, social networks, payment providers or other independent services.

Appliances UAE is not responsible for an independent third party’s availability, content, security, privacy practices or terms.

Use of an external service is subject to that provider’s own conditions.

20. Liability
